Nestle Japan, a part of Nestle S.A announced that it has acquired the tube feeding business of the Ajinomoto Co. Inc. at an undisclosed amount. The company Nestle also took the rights to distribute the oral nutritional supplements range of Ajinimoto across the medical and nursing care facilities in Japan. Ajinomoto aims to outstretch its business through focusing towards the specializing the medical and nursing care foods.
