DuPont, America based conglomerate company has announced that it has signed agreement with the BY-HEALTH, a Chinese healthcare company to focus on the probiotic dietary supplement along with new functions, ingredients and technologies. Also, the companies plans to undergo joint research for the intestinal microecology and for development of new probiotic dietary supplements and applications.

The China based BY-HEALTH is the company that operates through carrying research and development along with production and distribution of nutrition supplements. The company offers product including vitamins, protein, fish oil, omega 3, various minerals, etc. It was Established in October 1995, and the companny introduced Vitamin & Dietary Supplements into Chinese indirect selling market from the year 2002. BY HEALTH in 2018 acquired Life-Space Group, a probiotic enterprises operating in the Australia, which develops and markets the probiotic products for all life stages.
