Question 1: How do I place the order?

Answer:  Once you have identified the report that you want to purchase, you can place the order by using the “Buy Now” option which is available on that particular report page. You will then be asked to fill in the required details, preferred mode of payment and place the order.Once you place the order, a sales representative will reach out to you with the invoice and bank wire transfer or secure payment link for making the credit card payment. Upon payment receipt by Axiom MRC, the report will be emailed to your registered email id.

Question 2: What are the different modes of payments accepted?

Answer: We accept two modes of payment

  1.    Bank Wire Transfer
  2.    Credit Card/Debit Card

Question 3: How is the report delivered, in what format and in how much time?

Answer:

  • The report is delivered by email to your registered email id provided at the time of placing the order
  • The report will be a PDF file/ Word doc or PPT (depending on the particular report)
  • Ready reports will be delivered in 24 hrs-48 hrs. time from the time the payment has been successfully received by Axiom MRC
  • For reports under production, it will be based on the timelines communicated by the sales/analyst team

Question 4: What is the difference between Single User License and Corporate License?

Answer: The purchase of a ‘Single User License’ grants access to a specific report for one person only and the license must not be shared with other employees within the same company or others outside the company.

The purchase of ‘Corporate License’ grants access to a specific report to all the employees of the company who have bought the report. This also includes subsidiary companies or other companies within a group of companies. The report cannot be shared with person employed outside of the company.

Question 5: Can I purchase individual sections of the report?

Answer: We do not allow reports to be sold by sections; however you can get in touch with our sales representatives to work out an arrangement to suit your needs.

Question 6: Need additional information to be covered in the report?

Answer: We offer customization option, so you can ask for your specific additional requirements to be covered in a report or ask for a fully customized report. Our analyst team will understand your requirements and provide you with the commercials and timelines for the same. Please write to us on sales@axiommrc.com.

Question 7: Not satisfied with the report, can I ask for refund?

Answer: Due to the nature of our business i.e. information/data being sold in the form of reports, custom reports, analysis etc., it cannot be returned back once it has been shared with client and therefore we do not offer refunds. Please be sure to read all available information about a report before you place your order. Question 8: Can I cancel my order after making the payment?

Answer: Cancellation of orders is not accepted after the payment has been made. Kindly read all the information about the report before placing your order.
